Stock profiles are built from actual failure and replacement data across the South African fleet, not from a generic factory recommendation.

Ground engaging tools
Bucket teeth, adaptors, side cutters, blade edges, end bits and ripper tips in standard and abrasion-resistant grades.

Four steps, no ceremony

Send the serial number
WhatsApp a photo of the machine plate. The serial is what guarantees you get the right part first time, including superseded numbers.

We quote from the parts book
Part number, description, price, stock status and lead time. If it is not on the shelf, you are told before you commit, not after.

Approve and we pick
Orders approved before 14:00 on stocked lines are picked, packed and dispatched the same working day.

Track it to site
Courier waybill sent on dispatch. Overnight to most centres; we will put a driver on the road for a critical breakdown.
Free undercarriage measurement
Undercarriage is typically the single largest running cost on a tracked machine, and the one most often managed by guesswork. We will measure your fleet free of charge, give you percentage wear on every component and build a forecast so you can budget it instead of being ambushed by it.
Beware the copy
Counterfeit filters and undercarriage look identical and fail catastrophically. Every part we sell carries the Shantui warranty.
Sealed service kits
250, 500, 1 000 and 2 000-hour kits picked against your machine serial and sealed, so nothing is missing at 04:00 on site.
Consignment stock
For large fleets we place agreed critical spares on your site, on our books, billed only when consumed.
A named parts contact
Account customers get one person who knows your fleet, your serials and your site, not a queue. They will call you when a fast-mover you rely on is running low, and hold allocation for you during a shortage.

Stocked lines ordered before 14:00 are dispatched the same day. Gauteng is usually next morning, most centres overnight, and remote areas two to three days. For a machine-down situation we will put a driver on the road.
Yes, well beyond warranty. Send the machine serial number and we will identify correct and superseded part numbers from the factory parts book. Some legacy items are indent orders, and you will be told the lead time up front.
Yes. Account customers get 30-day terms subject to credit approval, a live stock view, negotiated pricing on high-volume lines and priority allocation during shortages. Ask us for an application form.
We regularly supply into Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Mozambique. Cross-border documentation and clearing are handled by our logistics partner, so allow additional days for border formalities.
